One-Pan Beef & Veg Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 250g beef strips (or thinly sliced steak)

  • 1 red or green pepper, sliced

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp ginger (optional)

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
2️⃣ Add beef strips, season lightly, and cook 2–3 minutes until browned.
3️⃣ Add veg (onion, pepper, carrot) and stir fry 3–4 minutes.
4️⃣ Make the sauce: mix soy sauce + honey + garlic + ginger.
5️⃣ Pour sauce over stir fry and cook 1–2 minutes until glossy.
6️⃣ Finish with sesame seeds if you like.
