π Ingredients
For the potatoes:
400g baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
For the salmon:
2 salmon fillets
3 tbsp melted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
Juice of Β½ lemon
1 tbsp honey (optional, for caramelisation)
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1. Prep the potatoes
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes.
2. Make the garlic butter
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
3. Add the salmon
After 15 minutes, push potatoes to the sides of the tray.
Place salmon fillets in the centre.
