Easy One-Pot Bolognese

Ingredients

  • 300g beef mince

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 400g chopped tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

  • 250g pasta

  • 2 cups stock (chicken or beef)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Oil for frying

  • Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Fry mince until browned.
2️⃣ Add onion + garlic and cook 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Add tomatoes, puree, herbs, salt, pepper.
4️⃣ Pour in stock + pasta.
5️⃣ Cover and simmer 15–20 minutes.
6️⃣ Stir halfway so pasta doesn’t stick.
7️⃣ Serve with parmesan.
