Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place fish on a lined tray.

2️⃣ Season
Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, herbs, salt & pepper.
Pour over the fish.

3️⃣ Add lemon
Add lemon slices on top.
Scatter tomatoes or onions around if using.

4️⃣ Bake
Bake 12–15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5️⃣ Serve
Squeeze extra lemon on top.
Serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
